These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and nbaee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://nbaee.io and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and related digital properties.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in a casino game, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any feature of the nbaee platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to comply with them. These Terms apply at all times and supersede any prior oral or written agreements between you and nbaee.

Use of the nbaee platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. nbaee enforces a 21+ policy across all products and markets without exception. Individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of nbaee or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiary companies, or technology providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the nbaee platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not suffering from, or being treated for, a gambling addiction at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during active use of the platform.

nbaee reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any of the above representations at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, including the forfeiture of any pending bonus funds.

Age Verification: nbaee employs an age verification process at the point of registration and may conduct additional checks at any stage of your use of the platform. Where a player is found to be under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all bets will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method where technically possible.

To access the full range of nbaee's betting and casino services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions govern account registration and ongoing account management:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account with nbaee. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, your date of birth, your email address, and your mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Identity Verification (KYC): nbaee may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including before processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may also be requested.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity performed using your account credentials will be attributed to you, and nbaee will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the account holder has failed to maintain credential security.
• Account Currency: nbaee accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All deposits, balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in BDT.

nbaee reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, nbaee is entitled to withhold any bonus funds and, in cases of fraudulent activity, to withhold all account funds pending investigation.

Deposits: nbaee accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly in the case of mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within standard processing times for bank transfers.

All deposit methods must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — accounts belonging to another individual — will be refunded, and the nbaee account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. nbaee processes the majority of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay withdrawals within 15 to 60 minutes of submission. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to standard interbank processing times. Withdrawal requests may be delayed where KYC documentation has not been completed or is under review.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: subject to account tier and verification status
• Withdrawals to a different method than the deposit source may require additional verification
• Bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn
• nbaee reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request before processing

Anti-Money Laundering: nbaee is committed to preventing money laundering and the funding of illegal activities. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to monitoring. Where suspicious transaction patterns are identified, nbaee is entitled to suspend the account, freeze balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

nbaee offers a range of promotional offers including, but not limited to, a 200% welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 for new players, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other festivals. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are not immediately withdrawable. Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement) that must be met before bonus-derived funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the nbaee platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rate for each game category will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: A player may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedge bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotions — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and the immediate suspension of the account.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, after which any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each promotion is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• nbaee's Discretion: nbaee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. nbaee also reserves the right to refuse the award of any bonus to any player at its sole discretion.

All sports bets placed on the nbaee sportsbook and all casino games played in the nbaee casino are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, market, and game type. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activities on the platform:

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the nbaee system, it cannot be altered, cancelled, or withdrawn by the player. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and associated parameters before confirming any wager.
• Palpable Errors: In the event that a price, odds value, or game outcome is published due to a manifest error (also referred to as a "palpable error"), nbaee reserves the right to void the affected bet or game result and return the stake to the player. nbaee's determination of whether a palpable error has occurred is final and binding.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the delivery of any game or betting market, all affected bets and game rounds will be voided and stakes returned. nbaee is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions outside of its reasonable control.
• Maximum Winnings: nbaee may impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or game sessions. Where applicable, these limits will be communicated within the relevant product rules or upon request from the support team.
• Game Integrity: nbaee uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all RNG-based casino games and sources all live dealer content from regulated third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. The outcomes of all games are determined independently of nbaee's commercial interests.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbaee platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the nbaee platform
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nbaee staff or other platform users through any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code or proprietary information from the nbaee platform
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under applicable local law

nbaee is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among its users. All players are encouraged to approach gambling as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a means of financial relief.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all nbaee account holders at no cost and can be activated directly from the account dashboard or by contacting the support team:

• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate or incomplete information displayed on the platform due to data feed errors from third-party providers
• Interruptions or delays to the platform caused by events outside nbaee's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, government actions, or actions of third-party service providers
• Losses arising from your gambling decisions, including decisions made in reliance on any statistics, form guides, match previews, or promotional content published on the nbaee platform
• Losses arising from the actions of other players in multiplayer game environments

Where nbaee is found to be liable notwithstanding the above exclusions, nbaee's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your nbaee account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nbaee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the nbaee platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

nbaee collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment method information, device identifiers, IP address, and gameplay history for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, preventing fraud, meeting legal obligations, and improving the platform.

nbaee does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (payment processors, identity verification services, game studios) strictly for the purposes of delivering the nbaee service. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. nbaee operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to transparent, fair dealings with all players.

Please include your registered account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation when submitting a complaint.

nbaee's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation. nbaee does not submit to the jurisdiction of any external alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body unless required to do so by applicable law.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and nbaee with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
